Laying at the foothills of the gently rolling Ozark mountain range, it features lovely shaded trails and spectacular views, horse boarding, equestrian and group camping, hayrides, trails, nature learning center, picnic sites and shelters, playground and trim orienteering course.

  • Family Campsites Area consists of hard-surfaces pulloffs to accommodate recreational vehicles, fire pit, pit latrines and picnic table (no water or electricity).
  • Beulah Campsite (Shelter) Horseback ride in site reservable to equestrian and groups only for overnight camping. Pit latrines. Water available elsewhere in the park. Fireplace.
  • Osage Campsite and Pawnee Campsite (Youth Groups) Clearing in the woods for tent camping reservable to youth groups only for overnight camping. Pit latrines. No electricity; water available elsewhere in the park. Tables and firepit provided.
  • Otis Brown Campsite (Camping Shelter) Reservable to youth groups for overnight camping or day camps. Pit latrines. No electricity; water available elsewhere in the park. Standard shelter with tables and a fire pit.
  • Equestrian Campsites 9 Modern restrooms with showers available. No electricity; water nearby. Site consists of pulloff for tent or trailer, tables and fire pit, and tie stalls for two horses. Reservable for equestrian groups only.

Adventure Education Sites
Includes the Ropes Initiative Course, an open shelter, primitive campsites, pit latrines, and orienteering course. No nearby or vehicle access.

Dogwood Shelter
(for 0 to 150 people) and Muckerman Shelter (for 0 to 100 people) The sites have electrical outlets, seasonal modern restrooms water, and barbeque pits. For non-equestrian groups.

Mustang Shelter
Reservable to all groups including equestrian, with 0 to 120 people. Has electrical outlets, seasonal modern restrooms, water and barbeque pit.

Glassberg Shelter
Lovely modern stone and wood shelter with a fireplace (wood not provided) overlooking a beautiful valley. Has electrical outlets, latrines, water and barbeque pit. For groups of 0 to 100 people.
